1. Billing & Payment Terms
- Your monthly charges will be invoiced in advance.
- Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
2. Service Uptime & Performance
- Ventis aims to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- If an outage occurs, we will work diligently to restore service as soon as possible.
3. Cancellations & Termination
- If you cancel before your contract ends, you may be charged up to 75% of the remaining contract value.
- Contracts automatically renew unless you provide a 30-day cancellation notice.
4. Third-Party Services & Liability

5. Cybersecurity & Data Protection
